Where the 99 relay goes is some kind of pin. Do i just pull this out and plug in the relay?

Yes, and the little plastic thingy from the switch gear.

yes, take it out plug relay in.....
do you have the int position on wiper stalk?
you may need to remove the white pin to get it if its not there already
