VAG four wheel drive technical film

Post by moonshine »

Greetings Syncro people!
I have found whilst moving house a VW/Audi "training video" called strangely, Four Wheel Drive, and is about half hour long.
It explains the ins and outs of the Quattro and the Syncro systems, well in 1987 anyway.
Its full of 80'sness, featuring audi coupe quattro, audi 80, VW type 2 Syncro, and Golf syncros, in action.
It contains technical info on how it all works, evolved and why etc.

Its on VHS and there's only one little glitchy bit, and doesn't really affect the viewing.
I was thinking if there was enough interest I could convert to dvd for a couple of beer tokens.

Heres some screen shots of what to expect.....

I'll be interested in a DVD copy - how many beer tokens had you in mind?

okay this seems quite popular, got at least 14 copies to make now.
Most peeps have pm'd and paypaled, emailed etc., can I ask that you say who you are on here in with your paypal invoice etc, it just saves me doing miss marple work matching up real names to usernames, ( can't figure out who patrick townsend is yet) :D

Off to get a bunch of discs now.......

Update:
Spent all last night trying to understand a) how to get the sanmsung copier to understand me, then b) how samsung can have possibly been allowed to sell this pile of sh*t!
So the video is off to my dads to be copied, and hopefully I'll run off some dvds from that.
13 people have asked for copies and many have paid me so its embarrassing, but if I have no luck with this next step, I'll have to send back the monies.
Fingers crossed though...
I promise one video out of all this though, either the VW one or my van slowly crushing the samsung unit!!
Thanks for your patience people!
