Insulation/Sound deadening?

I've just fitted a rnr bed to my panel van conversion, before i bolt in the back storage locker is it worth insulating or sound deadening that area and under the seat? to keep the nooise down a bit?

Will be panelling the rest out next week, but not keen on insulating all around until i'm certain that i'm not going to trap any moisture behind there.

Any products or ideas?
