Extra seat in back of my Westie

Post by callanish »

Evenin all,

I am looking to get and fit an extra seat for my Westie so that it can seat 5 people.

My questions are simple

Which seats fit the existing floor mounts, how easy are they to fit and what do i do about seat belts?

Thanks

Andrew

We have a Westie and bought a buddy seat with a built in lap belt. It works a treat - I had it fitted - I think I was charged around £40. I bought the seat for £60 second hand.

I looked into this over here in the USA. I know there is a Westfalia specific seat, but you will need to get seat rails for it that will bolt into existing mounts in the floor. I decided to go ahead and get the middle bench seat for mine so I can seat 6.
