buzzing from engine bay,. glow plug relay??..

trying to get to the bottom of my electrical issues,.
(intermittant wipers,. literally! & no brake lights, or off side tail/side lights..)
i've been occasionaly hearing a buzz from my engine bay,.
now though, everytime i turn the ignition switch on the buzz is constant
& i have traced it to the glow plug relay?
why?
bad earth? i'm sure i've replaced & cleaned them all..

wonder what else is on that circuit?..

Have the main battery and its earth/ground connections checked properly, I have come across similar faults which have ended up with the battery being at fault due to cells failing.

thanks, that makes sence since i was using an oldish battery to get to the bottom of my wiring faults..
didn't realise it was 'that' bad though,.

hopefuly when i stick a new one in there the buzzing will stop, '&' i have just gotten 'some' of my non working
lights working,. woo hoo
