Hose needed

Need the number of anybody that does nylon hoses,the one that goes on to the cylinder head according to the garage!tis not available from vw apparrently.any help would be great.

You'll need to more specific Mick .... there's several hoses on to the 2 different heads

can you measure the internal diameter? i can get some from walker rubber in norwich and post it to you if you want.

Yep a couple are just straight hose, the others are adapted from one size to another or are shaped.

The ones I can think of coming to/from the heads are :-
from pot 1 to bulkhead joiner (S shaped) #18 on diagram
from pot 4 to end of bleed ring (different sizes) #28A
from pot 3 to bleed ring (different sizes) #3
from pot 2 (can't remember :roll: but I think it's a complicated hose)

Ian thanks for the reply.I have absoutely no clue what hose it is!! could you phone the garage on 01243 583185 Quote martineau vw to them,they will then explain what is needed.I sent it in to be thoroughly checked before Neil a friend of Jeds buys it,the first time I have had a serious prob,typical.regards Mick

if it's the syncro then a simple phone call to CJ will get you what you need in the post to the garage :ok
