AAZ engine into a JX van

I have just had my AAZ engine turn up and have been comparing with the JX currently in the van. I want to make sure i know what im in for when i start the conversion hence the post...

I know i have to swap the sump over and looking at it the turbo sits above the manifold instead of under. What else am i going to be looking at doing?

Can i keep the AAZ diesel pump?
Does the JX inlet manifold bolt straight on?
Does the AAZ alternator fit?

And anything else you know i will need to do.
