Newbie to the forum with a gear box problem

Post by Stocky »

I've seen the light and moved up to a t25 from a t2, unfortunately my new bus (autosleeper conversion) has a gearbox fault, 1st and 2nd work fine and the lever moves across the gate but won't select 3rd or 4th its just solid.
Iv'e been under the van and tried selecting these gears by manually moving the shaft, but its the same story here too.
So what i really want to know..... Is there anyone on here who's a gearbox guru who could rebuild mine??

Any help greatly appreciated in advance. Stocky Cumbria.

Sounds like the linkage needs setting up correctly. Aidan's the man for the old gearboxes though :ok
