I have a small oil leak on top of the engine I think it may be coming from fuel pump, is that possible? Or is it more likely from the distributor. 1986 water cooled 1900 petrol. Hope you can help.

Re: Oil leak on top of engine
Could be from the petrol pump, the dizzy or the breather stack.
Give it all a good clean around that area and see where exactly its coming from.
If its the petrol pump the you could try tightening the nuts on top of the pump, just not too hard!
If is the dizzy then the rubber o-ring may need replacing.
If its the breather stack... Well, about a litre of silicone sealant, superglue and cellotape may do it but mine hasn't stopped yet!
