Hi, Horn works with my large Caravelle steering wheel, but not with my small Caravelle steering wheel.
I assume its the push mechanism within the wheel itself which is at fault.
How do I open it up and repair it?
cheers
Patrick.

Re: Horn no worky
Thinking about our horn makes my smile. It's louder inside the van than outside! Sorry, can't help with your problem - sounds like a contact needing adjusted, but I'm no expert.
Cheers,
Donald.

carefully pull off the centre section of wheel, probably need a screwdriver to pry it out, there's some wires and spade connectors, failing this there's a break on the track on the back, wheel off again to check that

If you've got two caravelle wheels you should be able to just swap the horn buttons over, think they are both the same if its the full width button in padded wheel. Same with the horn ring underneath if thats worn out, though be careful removing the good one as its not too hard to break the plastic bit off first time you try (I did anyway, before I got the nack and took a bit more care).
