Webasto diesel blown air heater

Post by mrted »

Hello,

I have just been given a webasto 12v hot air heater from an old transit

It has the digital display/control unit.

Does anyone have any experience of these and how they compare with the eber?

Thanks

dont think they are much different to a ebber, most of the aux parts fit the same, ie pump, timers, zorst, ducting ect.
just a cheaper version of the same thing...... you jammy git!

I got one , cheap from the free ads in the back of a custom car mag ! fitted it to my bus and it works really well, not got the digital timer, Wow !
Just like the ebbers a bit fussy about battery voltage.

Got mine serviced as well, cost a bit, but still cheaper all in than an ebber

When you go looking for something it costs a fortune, when you aren't looking they fall out of the sky!

I already have a D1 so this may end up in a defender !

I also have a spare digital controller for an Eber if anyone wants one cheap!
