You can fabricate rough equivalents though - done that loads of times on bugs. Long as it all screws together or at least won't fall off.

Essentially that tinware diverts cooling air across and through cylinders and protects pushrod tubes from rocks etc but if you can't lay your hands on any, buy some thin sheet and cut it with tinsnips, bending and cutting to fit. On bugs, theres a small box duct that diverts air to oil cooler - always used a tobacco tin for that bit as its a near replacement!
Tis actually possible to make some ally tinware for all of the underneath of aircooleds and make a good job of it. Its the top that you can't - too many complex curves up there.
