I've been wondering for a while now exactly what type of roof is adorning the top of my van. I'm reasonably sure it started off life as a panel van and was converted sometime in the mid 80s.
From the side:

It's mostly fibreglass with wooden sidewalls and plastic windows. I've never seen one the same before. Has anyone else come across its ilk?

Has it got an Autosleeper interior as well?
Tony
Looking for: window apertures for side windows, at the back of the van
T25; 1985; RHD; 1.9DG petrol / LPG; white Autosleeper high-top; Looking rusty again!
It doesn't have an autosleeper interior - I think the roof is the only thing autosleeper about it. The original interior was pretty naff and everything was covered with nasty 25-year-old carpet full of all kinds of debris. Since then it's been refitted with custom-made units which were installed in quite a hurry (long story) and we're still working on it. But it's very serviceable as it is, mainly cosmetic things to do.
I have that pop top if ou need bits for it autosleeper stock the lot . I bought some spare parts off them . Check the front springs havnt seized up my ones did so took em off and oiled them up and the roof is a breeze to put up now.
