Have been watching auction of T25 rear vent air scoops on fleabay... they look pretty smart and could do the job... anybody fitted them? and where else can you buy them from?... have googled but no joy so far... I wait with baited breath! :shock:

Not quite Rob.... those are a bit poncy and at that price I think I would blow the extra air in by hand! but thanks for link... fleabay version is Item number: 190282556720 :D

Thanks Peps... but those were the poncy ones that Rob linked earlier ...the scoops on fleabay seem to use the existing slatted vents (I think)... :D

Both look nice. :ok
Personally I would like some that keep water from dripping into engine bay when parked up. The 115 yoyo ones might,but the ebay ones I'm not sure of.
Did you ask selling for more details / info on install?

I saw a writeup somewhere of some home brew ones made from wash tubs or something similar. I'll see if I can find it.

He seems to be a bit of a trader so these may not be one offs...someone must be manufacturing them...somewhere! :D

you mean these?

they vary in price watched them a few times now!

i made my own(very basic 1st attempt) when i took the van to italy as i had not seen any advertised as i was a bit unsure of how the van would cope in the hot weather. they seemed to do the trick as everytime i stopped i checked the air convecting from the vents and alot of the time it was cool!

ive got some on my t25 19 aaz td one side blasts the intercooler and oil cooler the other right onto the k&n induction bang on little trick to fit and look the part well pleased
