syncro wheel arch extensions

hi just fitted 8.5 x 18" wheels to the front of my 2wd bus and im looking for wheel arch extensions anyone know how much wider the 16" , tristar or postbus arches are than the standard metal work?

Minimal; probably less than half an inch on the Tristar.

They are more about protection than flaring as the wheels on both trucks are not particularly wide.

they dont need to be huge 1/2" would cover the tyre next question does anyone make repro 16" or tristar arches i have seen repro post bus arches for sale in germany but the huge price for new genuine 16" arches from the dealers is not a option

Talk to Baxter, he fitted 16" arch kits to that NATO green van.

Yes, someone in the states is having them copied, but both fronts and backs not available yet, won't be cheap, cheap because they will be very good quality.

is this a company or someone you know? do you think they will be sets or available seperately as i only want the fronts? what will they made from? as i'd like to colour code them to the van. do you have a website address for them?

Look down the bottom of the page, to the left, German Postal arches if you've a 2WD, have the cutouts for petrol filler...

Yes, he'll do just the fronts, they're a quality GRP and perhaps could be colour coded easily. Think about $175 a set for fronts but don't take my word for it... have to be shipped from US West Coast .

... and not in stock yet, poss. end of July.
