Looks really nice, but gas bottles should be at the lowest point if possible with a vent below to the side, in case of a gas leak.

Looking good. Those are fair comments about the gas bottle though (especially the vent bit)

Thanks For The Advice guys, Its There Because Thats Were Danbury Put It Originaly. I Does Have A Vent In The Floor, I Also Now Know That The Box That The Gas Bottle Is Kept In Should Be Sealed Completly From The Rest Of the Van, Im Planning To Do That This Year But If You Have Any other Suggestions Of Were To Put The Bottle, Then Im All Ears. :P

i have thought about selling the interiors, trouble is the time that it takes to build them. each van would be different ie scrbing the units into the van. velles are different to panels and all the panel conversions seem to be a bit different. also five sheets of leightweight ply, one sheet of marine ply screws fixings bicuit joints hinges and stays.the guy that i work with sometimes is a furniture maker and we have often discussed wether there is a market for them we also found all the kit to replicate westy and reimo interiors ie door trims and laminates, but he
was only interested in doing full refits wich work out expensive 4-5 k fully fitted. i think i spent about £ 1600
on mine but that included new fridge sink propexheater bed hinges. that lot must be about 8-900 quid so the cost of the cabinets and bed are about the same, add labour onto that and the prices start to tot up(thats without laminated ply and door trims) i reckon i could build onother for about 5-600 labour and leave extra 50mm depth on the back so each unit could be scribed into individual vans.i would be happy to build a bespoke interior as well if anyone is interested :ok
glad you liked it .

Very nice. Very nice cut work for doors on cabinets. And that from a fellow chippy. I'm planning to build a new interior for ours... probably use solid birch ply.

Have to agree. The cost of material and labor make it hard to custom build interiors. They become quite expensive very fast.
