if its the one that runs up the length of the pillar.then there should be a screw on the ariel when you unscrew it the ariel comes off.a word of advise.cut the old ones wire.tape the new ones wire to it then you will find it easier to pull it through from the stereo end. :ok

For an easy life do as Rob says.

If it a drivers side windscreen mounted aerial be prepared for a bit of effing and blinding.

I managed it but took me two hours. And God knows what got disconnect behind dash in the process. So many wires and bits to get hooked on. It did my brain in

SECURELY (that's where I fecked it up for me)tie a minimum 2 metre piece of cord to the old cable, disconnected behind the stereo. Ever so gently pull the old cable from aerial mounting point until end of cable and cord are both exposed. Undo cord and SECURELY attach to end of new aerial cable and so so so carefully pull it back through to your stereo.

plug in back of stereo. Mount aerial to pillar and rock yer night away :ok

15 minutes max!

Remove the headlight and grill behind there is a rubber grommet which the ariel sits in, remove this until you slide the ariel into the hole then refit.
It is a pain in the a*** as you have to remove the instrument binacle and do it from there.
That was the advise given to me by mr Baxter and it works.
Rob.
