upper wish bone ball joint

i have done a search but it didnt come up with what i was looking for unfortunately. This is probably novice level but the rubber has gone around the ball joint is it easier to replece the upper wishbone or pop the ball joint??

i read they have to be spot welded back into postion which isn't a problem just wanted to know the easiest way/ best way??

how much roughly are they

I recall you may have to grind the heads off the old joint securing rivets, then simple bolt on the new one with the allen bolt(s) provided.

From reading a ferw of your post i recon your REME as an ex (just) REME B mech you shouldnt find it to hard i did mine in about 30 mins most time was trying to get the old joints out had to burn um out !!!
