hi all,can anyone tell me if the cs engine should have a oil vac pump coz mine has'nt,

Confused by what you mean.
Your engine has an oil pump, or it would be siezed.
It has a vacuum pump for the brakes, that is driven from the intermediate shaft.
The bottom of the vac pump drives the oil pump.
if you have no vac pump then your oil pump won't turn and your engine will sieze.
there is a version of the 1.6D that doesn't have a vac pum but that is an industrial engine, which won't be a CS code.

have worked it out there are 2 types l have old rotary style, cheers.

They are all rotary style on the T3, the old versions are the diaphragm type, which you don't often see, and they weren't fitted to T3's anyway.
