Where can I buy new window insert piping?

Post by KarlT »

Hi.
Got some free time coming up in a fortnight & would like to get some bits together for my resto.
After the piping that goes in the window rubbers on a caravelle. Trying to reuse rubbers but need to replace the plastic inserts. Black prefered.

Also front door window/rubber/quarter-lights dismantling looks troublesome, is it? Any tips?

:ok

I'm the same as you - determined to retain inserts - thats what makes it a Caravelle

Its clearly visible with window rubbers - chrome window filler. Might pay to check size with them but looks to be right stuff.

Are we talking about the same thing?
Spoke to Mr Schofield today. Doesn't carry it. Only trim for panel van conversions.

Will try ebay, cheers BN.
