Super Viking T25

Post by charlie_cheeze »

Please check the following link to help me save a t25 project. I need to know what fitment goes on the wardrobe exterior of a Super Viking conversion. It may be an aftermarket addition? But if any of you peeps know then please let me know! Cheers, CC

The highlighted bit is a thermostat for a propex heater. If the 'stats there maybe the heater is too. It would be a bit foolhardy to rip them out IMHO.

Mine doesn't have anything on there and never did have.

There is an Xplorer brochure on JK's website >multimedia section> page 2> entitled Xplorer which may be of interest to you as it has some pictures..

My Dad's 1981 Xplorer had no propex but a Zig CF6 was mounted just below where the 'stat is located in the picture if that's of any interest to anyone....................

Thanks all, there's no heater there, so I'll be cold if I ever need it!

Or back on here in the wanted section... Anyway, thanks again!

Heater would most likely be under bed, in bottom of cabinets, or under floor.

Yeah, you can't miss it if it is, 'bout the size of a shoe box and either bright blue or bright red depending on model. If you DO have it, leave it in as they are a godsend...................

When I took the old fridge out of mine I found 3 round holes underneath it; 2 the same size and one slightly larger, if mine had come with a trumatic heater, would it have been there?
