I'm gonna have a crack at mine in the next few days. I'm planning on making sure all the rust is removed and fresh metal welded into place, acid etch prime the bare metal, then high build primer / filler as required, scrape out all the old panel sealant from the two vertical seams beneath the windscreen, treat any rust and inject new sealant making sure that it sits flush between the panels in the corner of the screen before refitting the screen with a new seal and injecting screen sealant all around the new rubber once it's in place. Gonna remove the dash to do it, so will give the underside of the screen apperture a good dosing of waxoyl at the same time, and check that all other holes there (washer squirters, aerial etc) are sealed too
