Re: Convert a pop top to a tin top?
Yeah the paris beetles sunroof's pretty nice actually, work's out at £350 (ish) or £440 lined, only thing is it'd look a bit wierd with just your head sticking out on a beach or campsite wouldnt it??? I don't want to pay £1000 to stand upright in my van and the ebay used one is a bit, well, tatty, could have a go at making another home-made creation, hoping it would be a bigger success, We are going to get the mechanics and bodywork sorted first anyway, we are thinking camper shak for the interior, and either paint rolling over the bodywork or using some standard spray tins, the van is in good condition, it's white and we are probably going to keep it that way, it seem's like the in colour. Anyway thanks again for all your help, I'll post some photos soon of the before roof and after roof was taken off, if anyone is actually interested??? Thanks again, Liam
