Yeh some questions!

Who sells these inside discs? prices?

And what is the best silicone oil or oil to refill the VC? Brand names?

It's an exchange service, you don't get the bits - it's a very precisely assembled bit of kit. Syncronutz can provide them from the Swiss.

whip it out and get yoursel a decoupler pal.
You only need two tools in life - WD-40 and Duct Tape; If it doesn't move and should, use the WD-40. If it shouldn't move and does, use the duct tape.

There was a time when I would have felt comfortable mixing it with you DH but as you now have more horses under your van than I do and due to the fact I am still 'driveshaftless' (yes that is a word) - I'll pass thanks.
