Syncro fuel tank

Post by neilharris1 »

Hi all,
I trust that you are all well. I have a syncro fuel tank up for grabs. I am going to dump it next week so be quick. Come and collect. i am in Basingstoke. FREE, but will accept a syncro chat and a beer if offered....
I have various other parts that are getting in my way and need to get rid of. When you collect the tank you can get first choice of the rest.

Please contact me on neilharris1@yahoo.com

Happy syncroing,
Neil

Ok, stupid question coming up here, are the single'double cab tanks the same as a syncro van? Are diesel and petrol the same?

single and double cabs are different from vans (different filler location)
petrol and diesel are different (shaped for starter on diesel)
1.9 and 2.1 different because ones carb and ones injection

I picked the tank and other bits up on mon, and will bring them to SP at the weekend. The tank is petrol from a dj van, so it will be there for anyone who wants it. If not going and want it someone near you may be able to bring it back for you.

Cheers,
Sam.

If no-one else NEEDS the tank, and Euan doesn't mind transporting it/can transport it, can I hold it until I'm certain mine isn't damaged please? The bill for parts could be as much as 500 without any labour etc already, wouldn't like to have to try and add a tank too - it'd be getting dangerously close to being written off...... :?
