anti roll bar bushes?

Are they hard to change.
I've just brought a new set.
ie, top mounts, drop link bushes and damping rings.
Should this be simple enough to do without a press. I've read that the nut on the drop link might be a pain but it doesn't look to bad.( He says)....
I had a search through the post's but not much luck...

just done mine, youll need to watch you dont shear the nut oin the drop link, the top rubbers will push in with a little determination
