Don't even consider it! Its a no brainer - not just a case of swapping bits over, you will need a subframe to put it on as well (ie another Syncro). Get a real one its easier & cheaper.

depends on miles per year to be 'onest
the conversion pays for itself in around 5000 miles

HI orkneychariot,

No don't consider it... put in an engine that gives 25-30 mp, maybe a cheap subaru

P.S. No need to use texting language on here, this a proper forum with a full keyboard... let's talk in English, cheers.

It means the ad starts by being (perhaps overly) effusive and then turns towards threatening legal action at the end - something rarely seen on eBay ads

effusive

adj 1: uttered with unrestrained enthusiasm; "a novel told in burbly panting tones" [syn: burbling, burbly, gushing] 2: extravagantly demonstrative; "insincere and effusive demonstrations of sentimental friendship"; "a large gushing female"; "write unrestrained and gushy poetry" [syn: emotional, gushing(a), gushy]

I didnt understand the word Effusive but after looking it up in the dictionary i do now

But i see no large gushing female :D

It means that several people on here have something against the guy selling that van but no-one will actually say what is was that he did.

As a result every time he tries to sell the van, he gets a load of people giving him "pooh" for no reason.......
1985 1.6D Sika. MOT'd then boiled up within a week!!
1991 Golf GTi 8v.

Will sell or p/x the above for MOT'd camper/panel van.
