A question for the oil burners?

I have a 1.9D.G petrol, with my relays I have an empty slot that Haynes refer to as "spare"

It is between 43 & 24. What I am interested in is it a relay for your (glow) heater plugs. By the look nof it is for a time delay relay.
Why, I am trying to do a mod on the interior lights apprieciate any help.
It's nothing a great deal of time and money can't fix

glow plug relay is in engine bay.
