We are off to Cornwall in a couple of weeks but have had a series of small (but enough to stop her working) problems with the bus (1985 T25 called Belinda) which make us lose a bit of confidence in her.
Can anyone recommend any VW specialists in Bristol, Devon and Cornwall to give us a bit of piece of mind if we have a problem.
Any names would be much appreciated.
She's just come back from the clinic after being weaned off her clutch fluid habit. Shes already had her bladder problems sorted.

MAD are now in Kingswood (pronounced "Kings-wooooo-ooooo-oooood" if you are from Bristol you will understand what I mean!), about 3 miles from Lawrence Hill on 0117 9352200.
I personally use Audi Volks Services in Keynsham (or caneshum www.caneshum.co.uk) on 0117 986 8644. Say Steve with the purple turtle recommended you.
If you ask out, you may be lucky enough to receive the list of members who will help in a crisis - support ranges from tea and commiseration along the Mrs Fawlty "oooooooo I know....." to full blown sorting it out!
You can also put your own contact details on it to help others!
By the way, had a good giggle over the "bladder" and "clutch fluid" habit!!!
All the best in Cornwall, sure Belinda will be fine after the care and attention you have lavished upon her!

Steve at Gasure has done a fine job on fixing the niggles but you fix one thing and get that upto pressure and something else in the system then fails. We are fairly confident we've got her sorted but somewhere for the RAC man to take us would be good if it all goes wrong, save us being dragged back to Chester! The lovely people of 80-90 have given us a good list of VW specialists to choose from so we should be ok if the girl decides to go back to her old habits.
Anyway I've always thought clutches are over-rated.....brakes on the other hand...
