fridge unit

Post by colynmac »

just bought a T25 with a new Electrolux fridge fitted but I did not get instuctions on how to fire it up.

I have tried the gas with ignitor but I am not sure if i am switching on the right buttons.

There are three buttons + Ignitor. One seems to regulate the gas flow the two others are switchs with red and green labels on.

Can anyone help please.

Thanks

Not sure on your type but mine is, the switch on the right is in the middle ie not up on the mains position or down on the 12volt position. The knob with 0, 3, 2, 1, put to position 3 and push and hold in. Put igniter to down position and it will click and flash red. When lit igniter switch will stop sparking so turn it off. Check your gas is on and that the van is level. I think 2.5 degrees is the max it can be "unlevel" by.

Just been reading the Autosleeper book on the fridge and they say leave the red ignition switch ON,to enable fridge to relight in case of gas flame becoming extinguished.

Cheers Don, that thought occured to me as I was writing it, but dont you have to push the 0321 knob in at the same time? I will try lighting it next time without pushing the knob in.
