If we did have the VIN what would we be looking for? And what would the sticker say if it was genuine. If it is genuine then is £4k too dear?

asking him isnt gonna help,the vin plate and paper sticker holds info like LHD/RHD and "16 package/body style,options in fact all you need to know really,cj.

You could ask for the VIN number etc. It isn't out of order as you could be doing a HPI style check.

if you can get the vin number I can probably get the build codes for it - the options which will show the 16"ness etc..
