that rust was nasty, and it got an MOT the year before. Not sure how as the rear belt was only held in by the carpet. I can't comment on the arches as mine came from a shop in Caterham that doesn't seem to trade anymore. Enough people use JK so that's where I would go first. How bad can they be? I would have though they would stop selling them if they were too bad, although Schofield have a good reputation and are dearer than them. If you get what you pay for they could be the better ones.

Hi mate.. welcome aboard. You have got an absoloute bargain there... the roof alone is worth a couple of hundred quid. I've bought loads of stuff from JK in the past and they are good for alot of things ie exhausts but you can get carried away with all the fancy stuff they sell, and before you know it your bill is a whopper. Don't know about their panels though. My advice would be don't try and do too much... get it on the road and have a great summer in it and worry about all the paint etc later. You'll still have the same fun with it covered in primer. There are a few good traders on this site too who I've had some great bargains off.. check the classifieds (you can put up wanted ads too). Maybe see you in Germany (I'm in Munich 16- 19th). Rob

Got to say the JK front o/s and n/s arches are crap so are A Sch. The rears are fine and A.S do the rear 'up to the seam' short arches which are also ok. I'm not fussy but the fronts are rough I will be cutting mine up and using only the bit s I want which is near the fuel cap which with a bit of filling will be good enough for me.
Anyway thats all I have to say about that good luck D
Ps you could get a reallllllly good one from vw which will cost you about £4 less than your van!
funny/witty remark or some toss song lyric should go here

It is a walkthrough mate.. its got a little pop out seat next to the cooker for when the table is up.. (its in place in the photo.)

ended up ordering my panels through volkspares in bexleyheath. both front arches and rear offside arch.
