will 205 tyres fit on my rims?

i currently run 195 r14 tyres on my 8 spoke chrome rims, will i be able to get 205 r 14 tyres to squeeze on them?

vw quote the 205R14c's as a fit on both the 5 1/2 and 6" rims, so if yours are that wise then should be good......
