Gas tester is all I can think of :?:
If have a chat with a local garage they will fiddle with your screws for you, It 's not a big job but you just need a gas tester, I have used the "colour tune" things in the past though ("Halfwits have them") but it wont get you to M.O.T. spec.

Throttle mixture screws at bottom on both carbs...screw in till stop then out 2 1/2 turns..remove connection wire on rear solenoid on left carb and screw in the mixture screws on both carbs equally until the engine slows down...reconnect solenoid and then adjust mixture and idle speed using the top screws on left carb..use gas analyser if you have one..
Good luck.. :D
