Hi, i'm new to all this so sorry if this has been covered b4.
I was just wondering if you had to take the front grill off to change the vw badge over in the middle???

There are 3 (i think) 'flatblade' captive screws located along the top of the grill, these are turned 90deg which allows the grill to drop forward, you then pull the grill upwards and it will come away.
2.1 DJ running on carb and LPG.

More like 6 screws, the badge just clips in and can be released at the back once the grill is removed, careful when you refit the grill, that you locate the 'lugs' or you could snap'em off.
