If you have a clutch aligning tool or a T25 input shaft, axle stands or ramps, a trolley jack, some bar and an engine stap (rope or seatbelt) then you hsold be fine to do this in a couple of hours.
Put the bar over the engine hatch and tension the strap across it on the engine lifting eyes, then get the jack under the gearbox and release the front mount. you can now let the jack down and the strap will allow the engine to sag a bit (but not too much). Now unbolt the gearbox at the bellhousing and using the jack to support it, pull it away from the engine. The jack and driveshafts will keep the gearbox relatively stable but with it swung away you should be good to change the clutch with the engine in situ.
This procedure's pretty standard whatever the engine, until you get to a Syncro
