angel eye headlights

Post by Sir Chad »

Hi, I recently spotted a T25 (with foreign plates) which had a set of angel eyes, are these available in the UK?

Try searching the web for Mk 1 Golf stuff. With a little bit of mucking around they will fit.

They're just small spotlights.

You cabn weld the Mk2 golf mounting brackets directly onto the adjuster ring.

Just done that on my SA 4 lamp grille (sold already!) but I will be using Mk1 lenses as it only minor trimming needed with those.

Poshbuggers: how much fiddling around is needed to get Mk1 lamps to fit then? I was looking as some Mk1 cross hair lamps - very cool IMHO. Which is easier Mk1 or Mk2? Do you need to adjust both with some welding?

Cheers
