Inner wheelarch

Just got back after a week in the sun all refreshed so i decide to fit the Rover seats i got before i went away as i was removing the original runner on the passenger side noticed the inner arch was falling apart along the top where the seatbelt mount is

anybody know how hard/expensive it is to replace cos the missus is slowly losing patience with the van

I replaced the rusted areas where the seat belt bolts.I welded in steel plates and reinforced it making sure it had full welding penentration.Its not a problem make sure you get a good trades man to do the job.
