While scrubbing rubbish out of my front wheel arches last night I noticed that BOTH my anti-roll bar links have snapped!
1. They look a bugger to fit, is that true?
2. Anyone got a couple of the cranked type kicking about?

Yet another 'challenge' (roll bar links)
-= Ambition is the last refuge of the failure =-
hi
i fitted later straight ones and antiroll bar to my 84 vell as i could not find cranked ones at the time.
they fit but you have to use the origanol bar bushes.
posted questions about this mod on the brickyard and 80/90 and most said dont do it.
however Simon Baxter of the Brickwerks said he couldent see a problem with it (bought a pair of cranked ones from him just in case)
i'm still using the van with the straight links and later bar an all seems fine
but will change back to cranked ones.
this could be an option for the M.O.T until you find cranked ones
Try Simon at the Brickwerks if you have no luck his advise and help in the past has been excellent
please note i am no expert on this and am just passing on what i have tried and experianced
hope this helps
