oil and plugs

hi guys,

gonna do a service on my new van tomorrow.. if the weather holds out

the van's a 1986 1.9 petrol. what thickness oil and heat rating of plugs should i use?

try using a good quality oil ie Duckhams.. castrol... I use 20/50 in the summer but 15/50 0r 15/40 is OK

plugs are.... coil with green sticker...Bosch WR 7LT+....1mm gap
...................coil with grey sticker..Bosch WR 7D+.....0.8mm gap
