leisure battery
hi hope sum 1 can help.howcan i check if my leisure battery is working and how can i work out wots wired to it so as not to drain my main batttery ? cheers

You need to have a look around to see if a split charge relay is fitted.
ie a relay that only connects the leisure battery to the main battery if the engine is running.
To find out. dissconnect leisure battery.
Connect a voltmeter to the leads that went to the leisure battery.
Voltage should be zero. Start engine. Voltage should be about 13.5V
Reconnect everything.
To find out if your battery is charging.
Stick a voltmeter on your leisure battery.
Voltage reading should be about 12V.
Start engine. Fast idle. Voltage should be about 13.5V
Stop engine.
