Cam Shaft and Pump locking tools

Post by Horza »

Stupid question probably but where do I get the tools for doing this? I want to change my timing belt but would rather not spend a huge amount of money for tools I'm rarly going to use.

Thanks.

But I can't even find one for sale, only these "fit every diesel engine ever made" kits with umpteen squilion odd looking bits in!!

Ideally I want the Cam locking bar, a pump bolt thinger and something to hold the sprocket with so I don't mac it like in the Wiki pics.

Horza - Looks like your sorted for these tools (I've got a set now as well if anyone needs em ). I've just done my cambelt, just remember to loosen the camshaft sprocket bolt first before doing anything else !!
