My problems all started after i replaced both front callipers following MOT failure (o/s piston seized).
After bleeding the system, all felt ok, but after leaving the van for a few days and then attempting to use it, found the pedal dropped to the floor.
Thought at first maybe I hadn't tightened something up correctly, so re-checked all connections, re-bled system and all seemed ok again.
Few days later, pedal was soft again, so I replaced master cylinder, bleed system again and all ok....or so I thought. After a few days, pedal was soft again.
So, checked all flexibles and found a small bubble in one of the pipes - so replaced both front flexibles, re-bled etc....still the bl**dy same!
Each time I bleed the system, I can see air in the bleed tube at both callipers, but for the life of me can't suss out how air is getting into the system.
HELP!

Pressure bleeders are fantastic bits of kit, I would highly recommend them, a very easy way of completely replacing your brake fluid. However it definately sounds like you have a leak somewhere, once you have a pressure kit hooked up to your system it might make the leak bubble very slightly making it easier to find.
