what is involved in fitting toledo 1.9d into t25

what is involved in fitting toledo 1.9d into t25

hi everybody what all is required to fit a 1.9d seat toledo engine into a 2.1 watercooled 1988 t25 do you need gearbox housing or change engine mounts or is it a straight swap. what snags will i have to encounter :? thanks jim
