Just on my way back from my 1st good run (an hour), and on the way back my van has started holding back bigtime around 2750rpm.

Even gave a few backfires at one stage.

Then drives fine and then a few miles later drives like a dog.

The engine is a 20k old recon,and there is a new petrol tank fitted.
