LPG and the Budget

Just so you know from an industry insider point of view and an owner of 2 T25's both with LPG.

Good news is the price differential of petrol / lpg is now forwarded to 2009.

The bad news is that there will be no road tax relief for LPG vehicles, as for the cost I'm not sure what is happening yet but will keep you updated as soon as I know or if anyone renews in the near future they can let us know.

I will be LPGA approved within 6 months, I can then issue an LPGA certificate, this will entitle you to £10 off your road tax if LPGA certified (again I must stress, this cannot apply to Aircooled vehicles) not much I know but every little helps and if you think for a bit of paper you have a weekends camping.

Mostly good news then Steve.

I was a bit concerned after some twit in the pub was winding me up last night, saying they were going to stick a huge tax on it !!

do you know what the concerns are with Aircooled lpg 's ?
