Which awning?

Post by Rockhopper66 »

I am about to buy a new awning and am having difficulty deciding which one to buy. I have narrowed it down to three possibles:
(1) The Munich by Just Kampers
(2) The Royal Traveller 2 avaliable from most camping outlets
(3)The John Cotton avaliable from Reimo conversions.
We know we would like a "little house" style one as my wife calls them, but which is the best. We did have a tunnel awning but it was a bit like sitting in a Nissen Hut.
If anybody has one of these awnings or experience of any of these I would be grateful.
Thanks

we have a royal traveller 2!! i think its brill!! yes i don't fold down as small as a tunnel but as i see it it's only in the bag on the way there and on the way home!

the benefits include: it's free standing, you can put it up all on your own, you can stand up in it in all four corners, it's huge! i wouldn't have a tunnel one mainly cos they appear to need loads of people to put them up!

ther's my two penneth any hows!!

Have had a tunnel, have not got the JK Munich one, much better, and you can hang loads of stuff from the poles.
