Mid-morning Sunday passed a (GL ?) met. blue 'Velle Syncro on the A591 south of Kendal just before the M6. Waved at lady driver. Anyone on here ?

Hi Andy, that was me, Hacksaw Bob's wife! I didn't see you till you were past me like a shot! I nearly fainted behind the wheel to see another Syncro storming past me! But I couldn't see who you were as your spare wheel blocked the rear view. It looked as though your van had no one in it! Interesting thought, eh? I did flash my headlights! Couldn't fail to recognise those big, beefy tyres! I was having a much needed child-free weekend with friends in the Lake District and was on my way home! Hope to see you sometime, Gerry.

Hi Gerry, that was soo cool to encounter you like that, small world and all that. Wasn't sure if you'd clocked me. Missed your lights flashing, otherwise I'd have pulled in at the layby just ahead for a chat. CU at an event this year i hope.
