Help wiv me blower

When i turn on the blower to clear windows of this nasty frosty stuff, it goes religiously for two minutes and then blows the fuse, its the correct fuse rating, any ideas please.

possiby a binding bearing on the motor or something , just an idea

Sounds like a bad or corroded connection to me, maybe at the fuse, maybe at the heater blower...........

Cheers guys
Ill have a look, however i turned it on without the engine running and could hear a squeak on startup, it stops squeaking after a few seconds. Can someone let me know the fuse rating so that i can double check that.

early vans 16amp ceramic fuse (position 10)

late vans 20amp blade fuse (position 13)

Thats sorted it then, thanks Horace83, the previous owner had been running it with an 8 amp fuse.
