Devon pop top struts.

Post by fullsunian »

Hi All!
Just got myself a little Winter project of an early Devon pop top. Does anyone know the best place to find a set of replacement struts for the pop top? The roof dropping down all the time is doing my head in, in more ways than one!! And don't tell me to hold it up with a cut down broom handle.....he he

If your 'Puter' hasn't got 'Google' on it as standard equipment I'd take it back to the bloke you bought it off....... :o

I 'Googled' and found these nice people http://www.campershop.co.uk/roof-parts.htm#struts" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Regards

Where can I get a cheap alternative? £96 seems a little steep, especially in these testing times.. :?

Looks like you and I will have to spend the £96 then! What I can't work out is the kit has four struts but mine only has three :o, Has it got one missing ? but I don't think so :?

Your not alone, I also need 4 new struts, but am putting off spending £96, but to be honest, I guess it is 4 struts your getign so I guess its not a bad price really. However it would be nice to find some cheaper ones.

Could be worth keeping an eye our for some second hand ones.
